Read MoreWagg are a group for Women and Girls aged 10 years and over from Clackmannanshire. Our main objective is empowerment of females through health and confedence building. With regular healthy eating and fitness classes (zumba, dance and free acsess to our local Bowmar centre gym).
To build the confedence of the group, Wagg teach all manners of stage works (singing, dancing, acting as well as learning all aspects of using stage equipment i.e. lights and sound equipment). Wagg have put on a very populas Christmas show for the last three years and is popular in the community, Wagg also have regular art and craft evenings where our group learn new skills.
As an intergenerational group we help break down the barriers between the different ages, giving a better outlook on the veiws of others. Wagg encourage women and girls in Clackmannanshire to 'Be All They Can Be'.
East Lothian Special Needs Playschemes was established by parents in 1982. Families were struggling to cope during the school holidays & felt their children would benefit from suitable activities in a safe & comfortable environment.
