The Haven

The Haven opened in 2002 and specialises in improving the quality of life of families and carers affected by life limiting illness.

Operating as a drop in centre, The Haven supports the whole family including children affected by long term conditions including cancer, Multiple Sclerosis and Motor Neurone Disease. Clients can choose from a range of supportive self management programmes which include Specialist Information, Peer Support, Counselling, Workshops, Craft Classes, Complementary Therapies and Stress management. Clients can self refer and all services are provided free of charge. The centre is open daily (Mon- Fri).
