Healthy 'n' Happy Ltd.

Healthy n Happy is the community development trust for Cambuslang and Rutherglen. Their vision is for Cambuslang and Rutherglen to be the healthiest and happiest places to live in Scotland.

They work towards this by providing opportunities for people to actively improve their lives and the places where they live, work and play. They are a community owned organisation, governed by local people and all our work is directed by local priorities. They now have twenty three staff, a bank of 40 hourly rate workers and 296 volunteers

Over the last 23 years they have grown and developed successfully - they have a high degree of local support, both from local people and their partners and funders.

Each year, around 6,000 local people take part in their work and they deliver work across up to 98 different local venues. They undertake a wide range of activities which meet they aim of improving the lives of people living in Cambuslang and Rutherglen.
