Lanarkshire Community Food and Health Partnership

LCFHP run several branded programmes in North Lanarkshire including the long running "High Five for Fruit" for North Lanarkshire Council, Holiday Lunch Clubs for Tesco Charity Partnership, Healthy Mummy Happy Baby for the Early Years Collaborative, We provide numerous Healthy Eating workshops, run a wide network of Community Food outlets and Social Enterprises in all 6 localities in North Lanarkshire, REHIS training and are active participants in "North Lanarkshire's Referral Pathway" providing solutions to Food Insecurity on a local and national level.
