Craigend Resource Centre (CRC) aims to provide social, cultural, recreational, educational, and health services and facilities for the residents of Lower East Greenock. It fulfill this aim through the administration of the accommodation and programming of community activities in the Centre, one of the busiest community facilities in Greenock.

Within this it provides specific services for the community that also provide CRC with its own income. These include a community cafe, laundrette, a wide range of courses, a learning suite, salad bar, and printing service.
