S.I.S.G CHARITY (Sensory Impaired Support Group)

"Improving Participation and Developing Coping Strategies for Older People with Sensory Disabilities" (Helping Older people with Acquired Hearing/Sight/Macular Degeneration). We provide a variety of services to assist people throughout Ayrshire inc: Support Groups (informal coffee time and chat at 5 venues), Skills for Hearing classes(LIPREADING), Play and Learn ( 3x5 week activities inc ten pin bowling, crafts etc), Skills for Seeing (practical coping strategies for Macular Degeneration), Help and Advice Hubs ( Hearing aid batteries given, tubes replaced and cleaned, and advice for those with a Hearing and/or Sight loss)
